This agreement is between Michu Records, trading as Michu Records (“Licensor”), and the person or entity named in the license document issued with an order (“Licensee”). It covers one record, identified by its catalogue number (MCH-…), and the license type bought.
1. What is licensed
The instrumental recording and underlying composition of the record (the “Beat”). Licensor keeps all ownership and copyright in the Beat. Licensee receives the right to use the Beat to create one new song (the “New Song”) with Licensee’s own lyrics, vocals or other original material.
2. License types

| D · Exclusive — $499 | All files. Exclusive: after the sale, Licensor stops licensing the Beat to anyone else, marks it as sold in the archive and removes it from sale. Unlimited use for the New Song. |
For A and B, reaching the stream limit requires upgrading the license before further distribution.
3. Credit
Wherever credits are shown (streaming metadata, video descriptions, liner notes), Licensee credits the producer as “prod. Michu Records”.
4. Content ID and claims
Licensor does not register its instrumentals with YouTube Content ID or similar systems. Licensee may not register the Beat, or the New Song in a way that claims the Beat itself, with such systems under A, B or C licenses. Under an Exclusive license, Licensee may register the New Song.
5. Ownership of the New Song
Licensee owns Licensee’s lyrics, vocals and the master recording of the New Song. The Beat inside the New Song remains owned by Licensor. Licensor claims no share of Licensee’s income from the New Song beyond the license fee.
6. Earlier licenses
Non-exclusive licenses sold before an Exclusive sale remain valid under their own terms.
7. Not allowed
- Selling, sharing, sub-licensing or re-uploading the Beat or its tracks on their own, as samples, loops or instrumentals.
- Using the Beat in more than one New Song under a single license.
- Using the Beat for hateful, defamatory or unlawful content.
8. Term and ending
The license is perpetual and worldwide. It ends automatically if the order is refunded or charged back, or if Licensee materially breaches this agreement and does not fix the breach within 30 days of notice.
9. Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
The license document issued with each order (PDF, with Licensee’s name, the catalogue number, license type and order number) forms part of this agreement.
